# Account and settings

> Find profile, appearance, privacy, notifications, billing, team, connector, skill, and memory settings.

Use **Settings** to manage your Babbily account, workspace preferences, and connected features.

## Open settings

Select your account menu, then choose **Settings**.

Available tabs can depend on your account, plan, team role, and device.

## Settings tabs

| Tab        | What you can manage                                                             |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Profile    | Name, nickname, location, and profile details.                                  |
| Appearance | Display preferences.                                                            |
| Account    | Account details, passkeys, notifications, password help, and sign-out controls. |
| Privacy    | Privacy-related preferences and account help.                                   |
| Billing    | Plan, usage, renewal, and billing controls.                                     |
| Team       | Team members, invitations, and team status.                                     |
| Connectors | Connected apps and authorization status.                                        |
| Skills     | Verified skills and your markdown skills.                                       |
| Memory     | Memory Profile, saved context, citations, and memory controls.                  |

## Common tasks

## Manage notifications

Chat completion notifications let Babbily notify you when a chat, image, or video finishes while Babbily is in the background.

You can turn them on after your first prompt or anytime from settings.

    After your first prompt, Babbily may show **Get notified when Babbily is done**. Choose **Allow notifications**, then allow notifications in your browser or device prompt.

  <Step title="Open notification settings anytime">
    Go to **Settings > Account > Notifications**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Turn notifications on or off">
    Switch **Chat completion notifications** on when you want Babbily to notify you about background runs. Switch it off anytime to stop completion notifications.

  <Step title="Step away while work runs">
    Keep the chat, image, or video run going. If Babbily finishes while the tab is inactive or in the background, it can notify you that the work is ready.

  Notifications are optional. Your browser or device may also need to allow notifications for Babbily before completion notifications can appear.

## Open documentation from settings

To open this help center from Babbily, open your account menu, choose **Learn more**, then choose **Documentation**.

## When a setting is missing

A setting may be hidden when:

* You are signed out.
* Your plan does not include that feature.
* You are a team member and the control belongs to the team owner.
* The feature is unavailable on your current device or browser.
* Your browser or device has blocked a required permission, such as notifications.
