## What team owners can do

Team owners can:

* Create a team workspace.
* Invite members.
* Remove members.
* Manage team billing.
* Review team plan status and usage.

Available controls can depend on your plan and account role.

Some workspaces may also show manager roles where available. Owner-only actions remain limited to owners when the control is owner-gated.

## Team usage

Team plans use seat-based billing with a three-person minimum, including the owner. Accepted team members receive the team plan's included API usage budget and follow the team plan reset timing.

Pending invitations do not receive team access or usage until accepted, but they may affect the billed seat count until accepted, declined, or canceled.

## Team billing

Team billing is managed by the team owner. If you are a team member, billing controls may be hidden or limited.

<Note>
  Some team billing changes may take time to appear across every billing and usage surface. Refresh settings if a recent change is not visible yet.
