Start your first chat

Open Babbily
Go to Babbily and sign in. If you are new, create an account and finish onboarding.

Send a message
Type a clear request in the composer. For example:

Choose a model
Select the model pill in the composer to open the model picker. Choose Auto at the top to let Babbily pick a model for each message, or choose a named model when you want a specific balance of speed and reasoning. Your first chats start on Auto, and after that, new chats open on whatever you last chose. See Auto model selection.

Add files if needed
Select Attach files (+) to add images, documents, audio, video, or ZIP archives. Every chat model accepts them. See file attachments.

Pick tool behavior
In the same + menu, choose a tool mode: Auto, Manual, or Off. Auto tool mode lets Babbily decide when to use tools such as web search or image generation. Manual lets you choose. Off keeps the reply model-only.

Stop or retry if needed
While Babbily is writing, the send button becomes a stop button. Under a reply, use Retry to generate it again, or Copy response to copy it.
Save context with memory
If there is something you want Babbily to remember across chats, say it directly:Use memory for stable preferences and ongoing context. For one-time details, keep them in the current chat instead.
Check your usage
Your plan includes a monthly API usage budget. The usage card shows how much of that budget you have used and when it resets. Open Settings > Billing for plan and renewal details.Where to go next
