FAQ

You control what messages you send, what files you attach, what memory you keep, which apps you connect, which connector actions you approve, which chats you share, and which supported Library items you delete.
Open Settings > Memory to review your Memory Profile and memory citations. You can ask Babbily to forget something, or delete eligible citations from the Memory page.Try:
Forget that I prefer long answers.
Removed memory stops affecting future replies. If you cannot remove something from the UI, contact support.
Temporary Chat is for conversations you do not want saved in normal chat history or Library. Temporary chats are not meant for sharing and do not use or update Babbily memory.Temporary Chat is still a work surface, so avoid entering passwords, private keys, payment details, or other secrets.
Connectors let Babbily use access you authorize in the connected app. Connected apps may limit what Babbily can see or do based on your role and permissions. Some connected-app actions ask for approval before they run. Review sends, updates, billing-related changes, customer-data actions, and workspace changes carefully before approving.
Use Settings > Connectors to manage connected apps where controls are available. If you do not see a disconnect option, revoke access from the connected app’s own settings and contact support if you still need help.Removing connector access does not delete content inside the connected app.
When you make a chat public, anyone with the share link can view the shared thread content included in the public share view. They do not get access to your account, settings, billing, connectors, or memory controls.Review the thread before sharing it.
You can delete supported Library items such as chats, saved media, and translations. Deleting a saved media item removes it from your Library. Deleting a chat removes the chat from your saved thread list. Some deletion actions cannot be undone.
In Settings > Account, you can update account details, request password help, or log out. For account deletion or data you cannot remove yourself, contact support.
