What you control
You choose:- What messages you send.
- What files you attach.
- What memory you save or delete.
- Whether team-workspace context is appropriate for Shared team memory.
- Which apps you connect.
- Which connector actions you approve.
- Which chats or saved media you share.
- Which saved items you delete.
Keep sensitive information out of chat
Do not enter or upload:- Passwords.
- API keys.
- Private keys.
- Verification codes.
- Payment card numbers.
- Government identifiers.
- Confidential data you are not allowed to use in Babbily.
Memory controls
Use Settings > Memory to review saved context and remove eligible memory citations. You can also tell Babbily what to forget in chat. Your personal Memory Profile is separate from team-workspace memory. If a team owner enables Shared team memory, useful facts from team-workspace chats can become available to current team members. Check the setting under Settings > Team and only use team chats for context the whole team is allowed to reuse.Connector controls
Use Settings > Connectors to connect apps and manage connected-app access where controls are available. If you do not see a disconnect option, revoke access from the connected app’s own settings and contact support if you still need help. Some connector actions require your approval before they run.Sharing controls
Team sharing and public share links have different audiences:- Team-workspace shares give current team members read-only access to supported chats or saved media. You can share with specific members or everyone in the team.
- Public share links can be opened by anyone with the link and may be discoverable in Google Search Results when public search visibility is enabled.
