Connect an app

Open Plugins

Go to Settings > Plugins.

Choose a Plugin

Select the app you want to connect.

Authorize access

Follow the hosted sign-in and authorization flow for that app. Babbily shows the Plugin as Connected when setup finishes.

Use it in chat

Ask in plain language, choose a connected app from the composer, mention it with @, or type / when plugin-specific commands are available.
After authorization, the Plugin may briefly show Waiting for authorization while the connection finishes.

Approve actions before they run

Some plugins can take action, not just read context. When Babbily prepares an action such as an email draft or workspace update, it asks for your approval before running it. You can choose Allow or Cancel from the approval card inline in the conversation. If the action includes editable content, review it before approving. If a Deep Research run requests an approval-required plugin action, the report pauses with the work gathered so far. Allowing the action lets Babbily continue the same report. Canceling declines the action, ends the paused run, and keeps the sources gathered before the pause in Canvas. Canvas artifacts can also show plugin actions when Babbily can send the artifact to a connected app. Available destinations depend on the artifact type, your plugin permissions, and whether the plugin tools are ready.
Do not approve a plugin action unless you understand what it will do. Approval-required actions ask for your confirmation before they run.

Disconnect an app

Use Settings > Plugins to disconnect apps where controls are available. If you do not see a disconnect option, revoke access from the connected app’s own settings and contact support if you still need help. Removing plugin access does not delete content inside the connected app.
