Your account menu lists Personal and the team workspaces available to you. The workspace pill in the sidebar shows the active workspace.1
Open the workspace list
Select the workspace pill in the sidebar or open your account menu.
2
Choose a workspace
Select Personal or the team name. Babbily opens a clean chat surface in that workspace.
3
Confirm where you are working

Share with teammates
In a team workspace, the author of a supported chat or saved media item can share it with:- A specific teammate.
- Everyone in the team.
Team sharing does not make the item public. Public share links use separate visibility controls.
Shared team memory
Shared team memory lets useful facts from team-workspace chats become reusable context for current team members.- The team owner turns it on or off from Settings > Team.
- Every member can see whether it is Enabled or Disabled.
- When it is on, useful facts from team chats can be added to the shared team context.
- Authors and the team owner can delete eligible shared entries.
- Turning it off stops new additions; it does not mean your personal Memory Profile is shared.
What team owners can do
Team owners can:- Create a team workspace.
- Add or change the team logo and name.
- Invite members.
- Remove members.
- Turn Shared team memory on or off.
- Manage team billing.
- Review team plan status and usage.
Invite members
1
Open team settings
Go to Settings > Team.
2
Invite a teammate
Enter the teammate’s email address and send the invitation.
3
Wait for acceptance
The teammate receives an invitation and joins after accepting it.
4
Review membership
Return to Settings > Team to see accepted members and pending invitations.
Team usage
Team plans use seat-based billing with a three-person minimum, including the owner. Accepted team members receive the team plan’s included API usage budget and follow the team plan reset timing. Pending invitations do not receive team access or usage until accepted, but they may affect the billed seat count until accepted, declined, or canceled.Team billing
Team billing is managed by the team owner. If you are a team member, billing controls may be hidden or limited. An individual plan can remain active alongside team membership; joining a team does not automatically cancel that separate subscription. If you own a team, switch to that team workspace before changing its plan. If the team plan becomes inactive, the workspace is labeled Plan inactive — read-only until the owner restores access. Some team billing changes may take time to appear across every billing and usage surface. Refresh settings if a recent change is not visible yet.
